Privacy

Event Camera is operated by Rei Meta (rei11.hq@gmail.com). We collect the host email and event date you submit at checkout, Polar payment metadata, and photos guests upload to a film. Venue Plan customers also store a venue name and an optional logo, plus the billing email Polar sends us.

Photos

Guest photos are stored so the host can reveal them after the party. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to be photographed.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. We do not store card numbers. Polar’s privacy policy applies to checkout.
